• Orders can only be placed through our website by customers located in Malaysia.

• Prices listed on the website are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment

• Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept the following payment methods: Direct bank transfer, credit/debit cards, e-wallets.
• If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed.

4. Processing and Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1 days after payment confirmation.
• We ship only to locations within Malaysia. Shiping fee is not included in the prices of products.
• For international orders, customers must contact us via email at sales@mediaxprint.biz to get a shipping quotation and make arrangements.

5. Customization and Proofs

• For custom print orders, proofs must be approved by the customer before production begins.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details (e.g., text, design, dimensions) in the approved proof are correct.

6. Returns and Refunds

• As all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there is an issue with print quality or damage during shipping.
• Claims for defects must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Fast Print KL is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not liable for errors in customer-provided designs or information.

8. Intellectual Property

• All designs and content on the website are the property of Fast Print KL and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior consent.
• Customers retain the rights to their uploaded files and designs.

• By placing an order, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
